  7.  hold back the king or queen.

  9.  win game once in control.  For example dummy 
  10.  may have a long strong suit.

  12. In general I do not play the ace if dummy plays 
  13. low and holds back the king or queen.  I signal
  14. with a high card to show the ace.

  16. NOTE:  With both the ace and king, I play the
  17. king.  My partner will assume I  have the ace.
